our story

Stephen Gossayn, who has over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, established Ole Smoki in 2015. The business is still owned and run by the Gossayn family and we believe in serving good food at every event.

As a winner of Food Stall of the Year, at The Ficksburg Cherry Festival in 2018, Ole Smoki has become a firm favourite at markets and festivals around the country.
